I performed “Tsuki no Shizuku-Moon Drops” on the erhu—the theme song and insert song from the 2003 film *Yomi Gaeri-Return from the Underworld*, originally sung by Kou Shibasaki under the stage name RUI, the name of her character in the film.
Just as I began quietly and my emotions gradually overflowed, I played the erhu with great feeling.
A moonlit night and the erhu really create a mystical atmosphere, don’t they?
