【About Koji Seasonings】🌾
I often use homemade koji seasonings in my cooking, but they can be substituted using the following as a guide 😊
• Salt Koji 1 tbsp → 1/2–2/3 tsp salt
• Onion Koji 1 tbsp → 1 tsp bouillon powder
• Soy Sauce Koji 1 tbsp → 1 tbsp soy sauce

何年か前に鎌倉駅近くの蝶矢に梅干しシロップを作りにいきました🫙お砂糖をカラフルな金平糖にしたので

鎌倉は10年ほど前に行ったきり行けていませんでしたが、動画を拝見してまた行きたくなりました😊今の時期紫陽花がとてもきれいですね!美味しそうなお弁当にも癒されました❤

The beets pattern is really pretty. Have you made ginger biscuits before? It's different from gingerbread. The recipe I use requires brown sugar, golden syrup (you can also use treacle) and caramelised ginger, which I think you and your family would love the taste of 🙂 It's from the "Just a Mum NZ" blog/site if you wanted to look it up, I'm not sure if YouTube likes directly linking things.
The new oven is so cute. I just like the design choices found in many Japanese things, my husband isn't a big fan but I love when the appliances "sing" little tunes. The deciding factor on our last washing machine was the tune of one was more pleasant than the alternative model LOL What does Maro-tan think of the new sounds?
