Even on busy mornings, time in the kitchen feels calm.
I pack familiar flavors, following the same steps as always.

• Ketchup … 3 tbsp
• Worcestershire sauce … 1 tbsp
• Sake … 2 tbsp
• Vinegar … 1 tbs
• Honey … 1 tbsp
• Garlic (grated) … 1 clove

• Chicken (thigh & breast) … 1 kg
• Milk … 100 ml
• Ginger … a little
• Sake … as needed
• Potato starch … as needed
• Flour … as needed
• Salt … 2 tsp – 1 tbsp
• Pepper … about 10 shakes
Sauce
• Cooking sake … 60 ml
• Mirin … 30 ml
• Soy sauce … 60 ml
• Mizuame (starch syrup) … 60 ml
• Sugar … 1 tbsp
• Garlic (minced) … about 5 slices
• Hot water … 70 ml

23:40 when making flatbreads, a tip to keep each piece fluffy and soft is to immediately wrap them in a clean cloth to trap steam while the rest cooks~ Your kebab bento looks super delicious and refreshing! 7:00 gosh the gloss on those pork chops make them look sooo enticing haha. Always love to see your bento prep vlog! Sour cream (in my opinion) always good with any red meat: lamb, gyuu niku, then top with refreshing red onion pickles and chopped cucumber. Count me in on loving kebab! Hope one day you can eat kebab where they originally from: Turkey! (They only have great food and good food!)

Hi, one advice about pita bread, the pan should be very hot without any oil and the dough should be flatten a bit
The puff didnt show up, because the pan might be too cold
