This is from a recently unearthed VHS tape of Japanese broadcast TV from 1997. This is an ad for Higashimaru Chotto Zosui.

This commercial aired around Christmas 1997 during the popular drama L’oiseau Bleu (青い鳥/Aoi Tori/Blue Bird) starring Toyokawa Etsushi and Natsukawa Yui. The show aired on TBS from Oct. 10, 1997 to December 19, 1997 and this was recorded in Sendai during episode 9.
