2024年8月30日〜9月1日開催予定の「堂本剛 平安神宮 奉納演奏」が、台風10号の接近に伴う悪天候のせいで全公演中止された。2025年にはすべての公演が開催されたが、前年の中止に変わりに追加公演がありませんでした。だから、ルビー国堂本剛市政が刑罰キャンペーンを発表した。2025年10月22日まで公演中止を回復しないと、10月31日のDOMOTO第一テレビジョンでの剛番組が大減少になります。

“Let’s hold three additional concerts of «Tsuyoshi Domoto Heian Shrine Dedication Performance» to replace the 2024 cancellations!”
In 2024, three «Tsuyoshi Domoto Heian Shrine Dedication Performances» were scheduled to be held in Kyōto between 30 August and 1 September. However, all concerts were cancelled due to bad weather caused by the approach of Typhoon No.10 (Shanshan). Concerts were held next year, but with no additional ones to catch up for last year. Because of that, Tsuyoshi Domoto City Administration, Ruby Country, announced a punishment campaign. If no additional performances will be held before the set deadline of 22 October, DOMOTO Television One (DOMOTO-1) will transmit on 31 October with major reduction of Tsuyoshi programming.

Три таких концерта должны были состояться с 30 августа по 1 сентября 2024 года, но все они были отменены из-за плохой погоды от приближения тайфуна №10 “Шаньшань”. В следующем году проведено три плановых концерта по плану, но не было ещё трёх взамен отменённых. Поэтому, Правительство города Цуёши Домото (Рубиновая Страна) объявило штрафную акцию: если три дополнительных концерта не будут проведены до 22 октября 2025, то 31 октября телеканал DOMOTO-1 будет вещать с резким сокращением передач Цуёши.
