組み技であり功夫のルーツといわれる摔跤に続き、今回は宗八卦掌の羅德修(ロ・ドォショウ)大老師の下を訪れた。
頬を張られ、投げ捨てられながら中村倫也は武術の叡智に触れることはできたのだろうか。

i had the honor of being in a few workshopes of sifu luo, and what is not seen in the video is how heavy his hands are, how much force he generate using heaviness.
i remembering we set in a restaurant after the class, and i was lucky sitting next to him, and he just by chance, friendly, not demonstrating anything, just put his hand on me… than i realized what heaviness is. that was a very significant unintended lesson.
