Sadly, Mel was terminated less than a year (edit: okay about a year and a half) after this stream, but it is commendable the other 4 have managed to survive and do so well for so long. God also said more recently around 2025 New Year's that she was staying.
"Pillar of Hololive" Fubuki also said basically that she will only quit if she believes hololive was no longer a reliable company, and that as long as she's still there, you can still believe in hololive.

I'm not gonna pretend Gura's departure won't leave a strong impression on Hololive's current state with the new changes, but I'd say the real impact will be, like what Matsuri said here, when the girls from OG and Gen 1 make a mass exodus because by that time, you know Cover may no longer be working on becoming something they aspired to be from the beginning.
