Tenjin Brick Cross is a new office building with a total floor area of ​​37,048 m2 to be constructed by Nippon Life Insurance and Sekisui House in Tenjin 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. It consists of a north tower and a south tower. The north tower will have 18 floors above ground, 2 floors below ground, and a height of 86.04 m. The south tower will have 13 floors above ground, 2 floors below ground, and a height of 67.16 m. There will also be shops on the lower floors of both towers. Designed by Kume Sekkei, constructed by Obayashi Corporation. It is scheduled to be completed in April 2025.
