I recently purchased the RingConn Gen 2, 10-day battery life and keeps steps, SPO2< heart rate, sleep, fitness and if you wish determines Sleep.
The battery life, as stated by RingConn says between 10-12 days and I personally found that to be accurate. This does depend on the ring size.
Lots of accurate information! Long battery life and quick and easy to charge! Never really trusted my FitBit step since I always had steps recorded before I got out of bed everyday.
