【49歳独身女のぼっち旅】しずくカプセルで静かに整う夜。ここめちゃくちゃ好き♡SmartStaySHIZUKU品川大井町

Hello! This is Ai from Midochare TV. I’m here because I’ve heard there’s a capsule hotel in Oimachi that I’d love to stay at. I’m recording this video because I think it might be useful for people planning a long-term stay in Tokyo over the New Year’s holiday season, as it introduces affordable lodgings. The hotel is about a 1-3 minute walk from Oimachi Station (1 minute from the JR line and 3 minutes from the Rinkai Line). You’ll arrive at the hotel after walking through a quiet alley. There are plenty of bars in the area, so you’ll have no trouble finding something to eat. So, today’s lodging is Smart Stay Shizuku Shinagawa Oimachi. Now, let’s get straight to the details. My solo trip begins! This is the entrance on the first floor. There’s a shoebox like the ones you’d find in a stylish public bath, where you can put your shoes. The front desk is on the second floor, so I take the elevator up there. This is the building’s layout. The sixth floor is exclusively for women. After checking in at the front desk, I grab my nightwear, which is in front of the elevator. Okay, I’m heading to the sixth floor. This is the women’s-only floor. It’s so clean. I placed the key I was given on the sensor and the door unlocked. Security is perfect. Inside, there’s a hanger for hanging up coats and other items. The hallway is a single, horizontal row. It seemed like there were quite a few capsule rooms. So, here’s my room for today. It’s room 614. Let’s open it. If you’ve seen my previous videos, this might look familiar. This treehouse-like capsule room is part of the same chain as the one in Ueno. Let’s get started with the room tour. The overall atmosphere of the room is like this. This is what the floor looks like from the pillow side. It’s woody and somehow calming. Yes, there’s a large TV on the side. It doesn’t have any sound, so I listen with headphones. How’s the sound? It’s fine. One nice thing about Shizuku’s capsule hotel room is that it has a large, locked storage shelf. It fits quite a lot. Wi-Fi is available. There’s an outlet and light switch next to the pillow. Towels were prepared on the bed. The nightwear is available in front of the elevator on the front floor. This one has three-quarter sleeves. Let’s check the pillow height. The lighting hits it just right, so it’s a little bright. Yes. It’s just right like this. Good! The futon was a blanket with a sheet over it, and it was really heavy. But it’s a capsule, after all. I can’t ask for luxury. It’s okay, I guess. I say okay. Okay. Now, let’s take a look at the shared areas. This is the powder room and sink. The powder room had a decent number of seats. They also have lotion and milk. They also provide toothbrushes, brushes, and rubbers. Let’s take a look at the shower room. There’s only one shower room. Since there’s a large public bath, it’s not really a problem, but it’s nice to have one. At first glance, it looks like there are three sinks, but there are actually four. Let’s take a look at the bathroom. There are plenty of them, and they’re clean. I returned to my room, starving. Let’s go get something to eat. Yay! I’m so excited! The lounge is on the second floor. By the way, for breakfast, I bought this 500-yen one-coin breakfast. This is the rest area lounge next to the lounge. The women’s-only section is at the back. Shall we take a peek? Yes. There are lots of unique chairs, and they’re extremely comfortable. They also offer day-trip plans, so I think day-trippers will make good use of them. There are also manga and massage chairs. Soft drink vending machines are located in the lounge on the second floor and in front of the bathrooms on the third floor. Now, let’s head to the lounge for a meal. I sat down on a sofa seat. They have a wide selection of cafe-style menu items, but they also allow you to bring your own, so voila! I’ll have an Ega Beer. Well, good work! How’s it taste? The crispness that Asahi Super Dry is known for and the rich flavor that Ega-chan has been particular about are a perfect match. What a treat! So, I think I’ll take a look at the menu from here. The capsule hotel I’m staying at this time is the Oimachi version of the same hotel as the one in Ueno’s Shizuku that I uploaded in a video in early January. The menu was a little different from the one I had back then, and this one had a more cafe-like feel. Maybe it’s because the clientele is different. (The Ueno one had smashed cucumbers and offal.) So I ordered this. Yay. Okay, so thank you again for your hard work. This was great. So, let’s eat. I’ll start with the edamame. I don’t think they had anything resembling a salad. They didn’t have any cucumbers, either. But I love edamame. I realized this later, but I wipe my hands after every edamame. I feel like there’s some kind of significance to that… If I were an animal at the zoo, I’d be a hand towel-wipe-eye instead of a washing bear. Edamame and beer are a perfect combination. Delicious. Now, here’s a huge bowl of fried chicken in front of me. I’ll squeeze some lemon on it first. It looks so delicious, doesn’t it? Since the menu here is reasonably priced, I thought most of the food would arrive frozen, but it seemed like it was actually made properly. I was blown away. The food was so juicy and delicious. I couldn’t stop eating. Oimachi is home to many sophisticated restaurants, so I think many people come here after drinking. That’s why this space was so empty at dinnertime. Even if they weren’t eating out, I think more people were buying food from convenience stores than ordering here. Meanwhile, a young woman who looked like she could work was checking in, and she ordered the exact same thing, so I felt a strong sense of familiarity and was a little happy. It was so delicious I wondered if it was really a fried chicken specialty restaurant. I was surprised. I put a lot of mayonnaise on it. Maybe too much. Well, I guess that was cheat day. Naturally, I ate it all, and it was delicious. Thank you for the meal. The crowd gradually increased, but most of them were working at the counter seats. I think it’s because there’s an outlet. My seat is empty. Yes, I think I’ll take a bath first. I’m looking forward to the large public bath. Yes. I’m off to the bath then. Yes. In addition to the large public bath, there’s also an auto-loyly sauna. There are daily plans available. Yes, I got out of the bath and changed into my loungewear. I ‘ll head back upstairs to have a highball. Yes, this is dinner number two. I ordered mentaiko pasta with a highball. Well, good work! The portion of pasta was much larger than I expected, which surprised me. I wonder if I can eat it all? I just ate all the fried chicken. I thought they’d serve frozen, pre-cooked pasta, but they probably boiled it right there. It did n’t come out right away, so it took a while, so I think it was boiled. (I wonder) Well, I’m sure they have store-bought sauce. Excuse me. I bought some bread in front of the station, so I’ll bring that. The question is how much I eat. I eat Pon de Gai. I love spa food, so I was really looking forward to these capsules with restaurants, so I perused the menu. At first, I was torn between dry curry and pilaf. But in the end, the mentaiko pasta looked delicious, so I went for that. It was so good, so I’m glad. And I ate it all. I ate way too much. Yes. Falling asleep too soon will turn me into a cow, so I decided to watch a bit of TV before going to sleep. I still hadn’t had enough to drink, but I’d be embarrassed to order so many drinks there, so I’ll just stay in bed. Good night. Good morning. It’s morning. It’s 6:55 AM. First, I headed to the large public bath on the third floor. The public bath opens at 5 AM. After getting out of the bath and getting ready , I decided it was about time to go for dinner. For breakfast, I purchased a 500 yen one-coin breakfast ticket when I checked in the day before, so let’s go. “Yes, this is it.” Yes, so it’s kind of a semi-self-service setup. They provide bread and yogurt, but you have to help yourself to the rest. I was surprised at how thick the bread was. It was around 8:00, so it was pretty quiet. Here’s the one-coin breakfast. Let’s eat. I love butter, so I spread it all over. I think this bread is double soft. It’s crispy and delicious. It’s really quiet. I imagine that most people staying here work in the Oimachi area, but I also suspect a lot of them use Haneda Airport, since it’s close to the airport. Since most people leave early, it’s almost 9:00, and no one was having a leisurely breakfast. Yes. I had my boiled eggs with mayonnaise. I wanted some salt, but there wasn’t any. They put too much mayonnaise on it. Now, let’s talk a little about the comfort of the bed. The mattress was hard, but I slept soundly. However, as I mentioned earlier, many people leave early in the morning, so the sounds of morning people getting ready can wake you up. Well, it didn’t bother me that much. Those who are sensitive might find it annoying. That’s how it is. Yes, I’m back in my room. Check-out time is soon at 10:00. Since I can’t extend my stay, I’ll get changed soon. Yes. So, here’s a trick. Yes, I’ve changed. Since I’m pretty pressed for time and have to leave, I’ll summarise my impressions of this capsule hotel. But first, here’s the price. Yes. It’s very reasonable. It’s a capsule hotel, so the price is what you’d expect, but I really like Shizuku-san among the capsules. I’ll introduce my favourite features. First of all, here ‘s the TV stand. It doubles as a table, and it’s easy to use for computer work. It’s rare. I also like the fact that there’s a lockable door inside the private room, and the interior is quite spacious and can hold a fair amount of food. The wood grain pattern on the walls also helps to relax, creating a very healing space. So, thank you for watching until the end. Your support by clicking the like button and subscribing to the channel will encourage me to make the next video, so I hope you will continue to support me. See you in the next video. 1.
