DUSCHARNA OCH ELEN FUNGERADE INTE!! DET FANNS RENOVERINGSBEHOV!! VILDMARKSVÄGEN 2025 – DEL 3

After two wonderful days, we are now leaving Fattbomakke behind us with memories that we carry on with us. Now awaits the wilderness road, steekjokk and the journey towards Ankarede. A journey filled with magnificent views. Join us because this is not to be missed. Now we drive. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Yes, now we have parked at the steak jock plateau have we done. Yeah, and uh it’s usually just a pit stop here for us and a Japanese photo stop like this then. But there are a lot of cars here now. Yes, there are probably 30 to 40 cars here in the parking lot then. And here we see what’s behind it. It is very beautiful. But the most you can experience here really is the motorways when you drive here, then you see the most clearly. the stop here as it is the same white but very beautiful there is snow there and everything and if you could still reach the snow now. Yes. Roll up there in the snow. Yes. We were here about 10 years ago, so this is probably the fourth time we’ve taken this route, I think. In 2011 we started going up and so we were up every year for a few years. And uh we saw a place over there we had on Bekanta from Tranos then that we got to know on a fishing edge then. M they usually go here to steak and fish for three or four weeks during the holidays then but they are pensioners today and where he closed off with big rocks and a little bit of a little boom here and was so I see that we saw a place there before steakj and then towards Klimpfjälhållet then there we stood with a hobby once upon a time and eh drove down there under the bridge right where the river passes under the road then is big with a big pile of stones there now. Yes. Yes. So it is also not possible to drive down there anymore. So it’s a lot like this. Yes , they have prevented mobile homes then. But the bomb is so big that this area has to be protected somehow. So they have this big plateau here instead. I don’t know how long it has been in the great plateau here. I actually don’t know that. I don’t think there was any real plateau here ten years ago. I, I’m not a hundred on it. Those of you who know can write it in the comments. Here came this big plateau here that uh is in front of us here now. Well, I actually think it has. Yes, but it was on when we were here with Hobby. Why can’t we find a place? We saw memories of it. We had to set ourselves a small gravel wall each. There were cars everywhere in little parking pockets and all this I remember. But there weren’t as many cars back then 10 15 years ago. No, it wasn’t. Yes. Yes, but we take a little walk around here maybe just and filmed as much here knows. It looks the same and it is very beautiful. That’s it yes 876m above sea level I think it is. We don’t have 100 here, but it’s a number in the back of our minds somewhere. And we move on from here to Ankarede. There is also a small place a little further down then pike in that direction then. I don’t know how far it is from here to there. Maybe every three or four miles something. And there we hope to get electricity. El. Yeah, I don’t think so. No, I’m not sure about that either. Fattbaka had no electricity and we actually needed that for its own sake. They had it anyway once in a while. No, not down. No, it was in plastic bags on them. And eh you say like this, it will be a while before we get here again because we will never have this nice weather here again. Well, maybe it was negative. Guess we’re so lucky with the weather. The last time we were here, we were here for a week, we stood in the barrel and sat in the car and played fi with push and jazu for three days and it’s just pouring rain. There will be showers once an hour and there was a storm and it was eight plus degrees and at night it was zero. Yes, yes, but then there were no brakes anyway . No, we’ve gone over that now anyway. Yes yes yes we will see how the journey continues here now. But it’s been fun anyway. Yes. Yes, we drive on to Ankaredia. [Music] I heard ringing this morning wake me from a dream. And in that dream I heard a warning. leave the rest take only what you need so keep on singing to those you can’t make it on your own slowly the world gets lonely when you in this one. Good day Frank reda. Good day. Good day. Here we are with electricity. The pole that is between us back there, it worked just like that on the electricity. Yes, we stood there yesterday and stood and fought out there with the brakes and this and put in the connector there and then I got it sorted to off on on then on the fuse then we got in the car and went l maybe 30 seconds more narrow it in the post then so we changed so we changed it away then I tested it what is wrong with it I tested it with a hair dryer then there is power here right but as soon as you sat in the car’s socket and nothing was running in the car just only the charging then yes, then another car came. Yes. Girls in and they uh they went the beginning. Yay man. But then it went too. They had to borrow one of us. Yes. They got our post out there. Where were two seats in ours, huh? So that they died an extension charge there then. So that here there are six electric places then and the one behind two . You could say it is a hood. And uh we where took a round here yesterday we did. We were here about ten years ago and eh then would renovate a bit next door here and build this place up a bit better then huh. You can say that it has fallen into disrepair a little. Etc. We were inside the showers there for service and check yesterday and we have filmed it there before so I now know there are three showers on the men’s, three showers on the women’s, two are out of order. The nice one that works in both showers then and it costs SEK 10 for a few minutes there with hot water then. It cost SEK 10 and then I don’t know if they have a toilet emptying here but then they said they did but there was a code for it and I didn’t get that yesterday so I have to ask it today then so I get a toilet emptying at least. But eh we walk around here anyway it ‘s a very beautiful place isn’t it. Yes, it is, and yes, it is very quiet. They have a museum here and a cafe and stuff like that, and uh, a very cozy garden in there with a barn and a church and stuff like that and a nice watercourse and stuff like that in anchored then. So it won’t be here anyway. But you can stand here for free too. We pay SEK 300 per day now per night then with AC then. And it is a must. It’s 30 degrees right now. If we hadn’t had AC, we would have, if the electricity hadn’t worked here, we would have left yesterday right away. Yes. Take another campsite maybe a little further down here then. But now we got electricity here for 300 bucks a day and I think it’s I think it’s free to stand here because we stood here 10 years ago then we didn’t have electricity and then we stand for free but we still had a garbage can and things like that and showers you had to pay extra for back then so you still had a little service but you got the code for the toilet emptying out then so it’s like that we’ve seen a lot of guardians and housekeepers stand here without electricity because they don’t pay anything then but they use the service they can afford so you can say 300 bucks for electricity what we actually pay Yes, and it’s worth it. The brakes are not the speed now then. No, we’ve sprayed ourselves a bit. They bitom this t-skirt with, you know. We both have several boils on our backs . We’re out here yesterday, you know. And my goodness what they were on. Maybe it’s too hot for them. No, it isn’t. They can’t bear to fly. It’s getting too cold. In shadows they don’t fly, but those in the sun they fly. Yes. Yes, but we’re walking a little closer here. Yes, there is a sign anchor. Neta. What does it say in Sami? Er, well I don’t know. Oanero is something. Why should be such complicated words? Being called thinker in both languages actually. Yes. Yes. Yes. We are entering this area. The measure trysel by consideration. Welcome to the anchored bö sign up there. Yes. You didn’t see that . Not me either at first. No. No. And here we have the small village then and the church at the front there then. Shall we see if you can enter it as well. And there we have a small cafe there that has always been there when we have been here. But there are other owners now for ten years, that’s it. But we take a little walk down here and see what’s in the little village. Now we have until the church here. Now should we go in or I don’t know if it’s open. We check. At least there is a note on the door . If it’s open in there, we’ll just pop in. A quickie. Yes, the church was unfortunately closed here so that But we have put the church in touch with husband so that it is about the same. Yes. Yes. Nothing to do about. There are a lot of cabins and things like that here, right? I don’t know if it’s a pirate wall there or out for rent then huh. But we have seen a lot of fishermen here in the past years who have rented here and lived here with their fishing rods and stuff so I think you can rent them here. I think so. Sounds a hundred on it. But there are great chefs here who are small right by the water and yes, right here in the water. Check how clear the water is. Yes, beautiful. And there is danger over there. I don’t know what it’s called when you’ve raised the level, it’s called mirror dam and built a dam like this there. So that the level here in the river is higher than in the great Blåsjön. Several meters higher in it. So just running over the edges. We’ve seen where we went once too many years ago. If they didn’t have it, that watercourse would probably have been dry. Presumably it probably had such a small lady back then. There is a sign over there but you ca n’t see what it says. But I think it’s called mirror lady. There is a warning sign there and if you come with a canoe or kayak there, there can be a fall of three to seven metres. Then you’re out of luck. Yes, now we are standing at a bathing jetty here and it is nice here. It is really crystal clear water and you can probably see several meters in the water and see no fish. Well, small fish there. These are small fish but they are barely visible in the camera here. I don’t think so. It’s quite a swarm there with small hares probably stirring. So one who fishes on the other side there. And then we have some bridges and stuff like that too. And it’s really warm and nice outside today. There is wonderful place with nature at least close to. Very nice fishing waters here for those who are interested. Yes, these cabins they are enough for rent because we have seen a couple of cabins here now with fly rods and spinning rods and everything outside then. So there were a couple of guys here who came and did some shopping in the cafe there and Coca Cola and some quick food. Yes. Where shall we go now? We’re going away. Yes, we’re going backwards there. Do we behind the church here. Behind the church we can go. Beautiful church. Yep. It is very well located here. Yes. And then they have a burial ground here bredv me there we don’t film. No. Tobar quick swipe like this. Yes. It’s a shame actually. Very quiet and nice. Yes. Now we come to someone here, some village here and some kind of mass of Sami people. It’s calm and free here too. So I don’t know if you can get into them either. No clue. There is a little information sign then. It is located at the outlet of the Lejar River and the Ankar River in the large Blåsjön Ankared chapel site stands church town. And in 1820, a cemetery was built here and a simpler prayer house on the old meeting place. The present chapel was walled in in 1896. Yes. And this is a picture from the wedding in 1939 Elsa and Andreas Christoffersson and no one knows how long the Sami have been in Ankared Sami onkeren but places with their strategic location where water flows together of very old anos and Sami gathering and burial place. According to oral tradition, there was a burial ground here long before the settlers came to Frostviken in the middle of the 18th century. So this is pretty old too. Yes, there are a few How many hornets are there here? 25 30 pieces at least. And so there are a couple of pieces like this as well. Very nice. I think they are fascinating. Yes, exactly. At least you had to crouch when you went through that door then. Yes, it is 12 high about that door. Padlocks on almost everyone here, you know. But there we have one that is open. There we have one that is up. I can look in anyway. the rest of the padlock. We’ll go and have a look there to see if it looks the same as the one in fattbomack or fattomack as it’s called. Yes, exactly that. So it was. We go in there and have a look . Hope the light is just enough so you can see something too. Yes. Yes, a little. Yes, they sleep here at Renfäll. Small fireplace in the middle here as you can see. They have a mattress here. It’s cheating. So they have a sack of cranks here. V wood here then. Washing-up liquid, lighter fluid, green soap, barbecue cabbage, a tomb jar. She had Låkero there too. And a little coffee sitter there. Yes, this is how you could live. You can probably live here in the winter too, although it might be minus 30 or 40. It is enough if you have electricity all night. It does. Here’s more horny. Yes. And over there is a museum. We have a museum there. We go in and have a look at the museum. Yes, this is where you pay fees then for the pitch and now there was no one here with cameras, someone will appear soon. That’s what you did to do. Yes, some old photographs on the walls here. The collective culture. Here they have slippers. Velvet slippers. I know my mother had someone like that at home. Where did that road go somewhere here and lots of pots and pans. There’s a bit of complacency up there . Great stuff. Here they have Sami clothes. Yep. Just hope it doesn’t reflect too much. But it’s pretty dark in here. You do it pretty well here. They are probably not for exhibition hall. No. We have a good one there. Yes, a good one with clean on. Awesome. Here is also joy when it was here. It’s not usually that cheap, unfortunately. But they must have been driven close to something. Yes, it costs 2050 that cow and look how big it is. And it has a small hood for 1500 a liter like that. It is a little more than 8 cm, perhaps. Yes. Replace the ones he did. Yes, they are. And here you have candle holders. They are all pure. These cost 450 each then. They are beautiful. Yes. Is a timber cabin suitable for the mountains? It does . Yes. At the checkout, you have a few other variants of Yes. bracelets, necklaces, anything. Between SEK 300 and SEK 400 each approximately. Nice stuff it is. Etc. Lots of craftsmanship. We’re going to swish here too. This is where you swish the pitch. So can swish for one more night then. There are nice fishing waters here. Yes. And over there has been fishing, I remember on that side where there has stood on that edge. Fished in the strip there. I got uh I can’t remember if it was trout or here. I got a fish here which we caught and then I got a little smaller one further up a trout and it was no more than 10 cm so had to swim on. I got one like this a few hectos here so we took it. It was out on that cape too. Yes, we also stood there on that promontory. I price in and this little river flows out here. In any case, it was great fishing water here . And here a bridge goes over then as you saw here. So we stood on that cape there and fished. And it’s really easy to fish here. It’s easy fishing in that anyway. Yes, there is always room to stand. And this bridge it goes to an island. So this river that we’re on now, it’s two parts. There is water behind there too. So there are a lot of places here. So I don’t really know how deep it was in the middle. We can check. We’re going over to the other side here. Yes, over there we have the big blue lake then. And I think you can see the edge of this mirror dam, it’s called the black stripe over there, you have an edge and it’s a difference in level and they let go sometimes when there’s too much water up there. And then they slow down a bit when the water starts to trickle this river here and yes I’m looking here now it’s quite deep here. There is about a meter of water here and it flows quite well this way. And on that headland there I got some grayling in this chute I cast. Can’t remember what kind it was, but it was good in any case. Will remember. Yes, now you are at your old crime scene here. Oh my god, how delicious the water is. So it’s delicious. It’s really nice. On that cape. There we stood. Oh, this is so freeing. You only hear the gurgling of this stream or river. There are hiking trails here as well. Yes. And the longest is 25 km away. Yes. Raukasjön. It is only the nearest four bearing case. Then we will go to Raukasjö now or back. No no no no. Only five miles. Fish here with the time huh? But it was a bit of a stretch here. But then but how beautiful it is. Yes, it is really beautiful here. Sweden is beautiful, then. Yes, and there is a small lake here that lies before the big blue lake and this river then. And over there, a small rapid comes down then over there. And it’s quiet. Yes, exactly. More hiking life in this direction. Bloom height 37 km. Shall we start swamps? No, I I don’t know dark. We get to jump clogs. No, I don’t think so. And no water with us. But clear water is everywhere. Yes. Yes. Here comes bridge number two and it is restored I see. But they have sorted something out here in Ankar anyway. Yes, that’s good . It was more stable, wasn’t it? Yay man. Really stable brother this. Take the cafe, huh? Etc. We check what they have in there. Gonna be fun. Yes we took some anesthesia here. Your coffee you? No, I’ll take a Hugo. And your name is Jasmin. And in any case it will be the right gender on the right person. Yes got women. I got manna. Yes, we had a bit of decision anxiety here, so we took a vacuum cleaner and a silvia cake. Silver cake. Silver cake or Silvia. Silver. Yes, silverback. Yes, maybe that. And then we got a knife so we share. We’ll take half. What do we do? Whoever divides chooses last. Yes, usually so. We test both we do so. Yes, we got a little lesson and how the brakes work in there too. Yes, they don’t bite indoors. She said in there that you can put your arm in front of them. They don’t bite as soon as you poke your nose outside the door, they stab you in the sun and they only live short-term, she said. They only live two or three weeks, then they lose their wings and die. It comes in batches does it and in August there are none. It is only a few weeks here now that the brakes are active then. Then they are gone with the wind. Why should they be here right now when we are here? But today it has taken almost nothing. Completely empty. Completely empty today. And yesterday was terrible. First day was first go. Yes. Come here then it’s terrible. But then I have to go and yes swish. So don’t be afraid of Norrland, you who go here if there are brakes. Some days are more, some days are less. Yes. Yes. Go ahead. Chop or coke. Cola. Yes. Cocaola also contains caffeine, right? We don’t have coffee today. This is how we made the vanilla expresso we bought. Thought coffee here was m too hot because it ‘s 29.9 degrees where it came out on a little temperature gauge 29.9 and then it was half past two Weskling. Thanks then starting with the silver cake which looks good. Really nice cafe here. That’s it. But they have a bit of a tourist price huh? But then they have all the places up here. Yes, they have. Yes, they should also survive the short summer season. We were munching on a regsmörgos yesterday here huh. But it costs 130 bucks. Etc. But they were big there. Yes. Pretty big teacakes were if it counts and stuff like that. SEK 130 then. Maybe it’s in those prices that there’s a good place too. I don’t know what they t on that eel in Kungsam. I saw that on the news. Many years ago they stood in Maxi in Torslna 79 because it is so crescent. A prawn burgundy prawn burgundy good here. But here they probably don’t have hand-shelled prawns, I don’t think, but it’s probably the law it’s in. Should be hand-shelled prawns and we’ll get that singalong. Etc. It’s going to be a bit of a backwards dinner now. Yes. We’ll eat this only now and then we’ll go to the car and cool down a bit because it’s cold in the car there and set to 19 degrees and it’s 26 27 in there. But the wind is cold. Treasure them well. Yes, that cake was nice. Yes, it was that one. Yes, you were actually met. Yes, exactly. Be a little nice chatterbox on so that we also letter. It was fun to talk to some other people too. Yes, four more mobile homes have now been removed so that But we have an electric place so that it is calm for us. Now we’re going to help and heat some food in the microwave. We have an electric here so we can heat up the microwave and burn the insides then. We have a fish gratin. Yes. Which we bought in Klimpfjell. We will eat it today. We bought it yesterday so it was a bit of a fridge then. It was freezing cold, so now it’s just up time. So now we run microwaves too. Yep. You go to the car. Yes. Good morning from Nankarede. Good morning. Good morning. We’ve been here for two nights now and that’s enough. Now we go. We had the first day we had internet here then huh, but since yesterday afternoon she internet. It was your iPad that works sometimes. Yes. Phone and raw completely dead. There is no drawing here. So we have to have some internet and we should be able to work. So we leave here. Now they have been here and put up notes today at these electricity points then. There are three poles here with two sockets in each. Four of the outlets are out of order. There are only two sockets that work here where we stand then. So that it is here, there is potential in this place. The place itself is really nice and considering the nature close over there, right? But this gravel pit isn’t very pretty to stand on. And then slightly unclear rules about what it costs to stand here. We pay 300 per day then for electricity and we think that is over the top then. 150,200 would have been more reasonable because there is no toilet emptying. There is no waste water discharge and the service house is as good as urtion all. Sterna is there, it’s sunk. Yes, they would have done this, there is potential that they and now do in this situation like this and they will get the guests here as well. The very nature that we filmed yesterday then over there by those cottages and church village and this is absolutely beautiful. There really are views to be seen here. Yes, you take a little walk here among the trees and greenery and this. And then there is also a cozy café. And eh, we’ve been standing here for 10 years and then we don’t pay anything. No. The information is on a booklet that hangs on every pole here that it costs 150 to park here with a motor home and then it costs 300 mil. But we have always stood in the parking lot over there, we have always stood and we have never paid anything here when we stood here and it said many cars drive there and they probably don’t pay either. I don’t think so. It’s more like Park at Night then, so there are no information signs when you drive into the area, nor that camping costs money then. So they should put up a sign in that case because everyone uses the garbage cans and the few toilets that work and that’s the way it is. But we’ve gotten a little bit of information about this sow over there so we thought we’re not going to film it but we’re going to film it anyway. It is interesting to know. Now they have a very cozy barbecue area then too. A small multiple toilet there. It’s free because it doesn’t need any codes or anything like that. I always use it because of the years before then. There is a styrofoam ring there and there you can sit comfortably and have fresh air. Yes. Not for long, I don’t think. No. We’ve seen two motorhomes drive up there then on this little gravel field there and empty their toilet cassettes in the rear toilet there and then you get to decide if you think it’s okay or not, huh. We don’t anyway. No. I think I don’t think it’s okay either. We have seen many such extremes here during the journey. It says in English and German and Swedish then that if you are not allowed to empty the toilet in a mobile home there then it says e laugh emptying then. But there is no sign here. So that’s why people probably empty it. But I don’t think I don’t think it ‘s okay anyway. Neither do I. No, but it’s better that they empty it there than here on gravel sheets in itself but n I I don’t know. No, we’re going to the service center. And now that sign has come up there too. It was locked yesterday. I didn’t get a code. But you are open. Here you can empty your latrine. I asked her yesterday about the toilet emptying here. No, she said. Yes. Yes. Yes. Not much they could. But it was probably only because they had found out that there was a couple who had Yes. emptied in there in the kitchen. Yes, exactly. Toilet emptying in the camping kitchen. Not that fresh either. We enter the gentlemen here they openly. Yep. I don’t go into them while for the same thing there. Here we have the shower then. Here is the first shower out of order. Second shower out of order out of order. Third men’s shower out of order. Not one of these three showers works in the men’s room. Otherwise, it cost SEK 10 for a few minutes alternately. Yes, the information wasn’t that good over there in the museum either. This has also come up now. Yes, there’s another note here. So there is no toilet emptying here, so we have to ask about it. No, there is none. But we manage. After all, we have one cassette that is not full and one is completely empty then so we can manage. But we empty it when we leave. That’s what we’re going to do. We have paid 600 bucks here. I’m coming don’t patch up. I’m going to read it out because that note came up yesterday or today. It wasn’t here first yesterday I think. Yes. Yes. Autumn 2025. In autumn 2025, the service building will be renovated. So please understand that the service house sings on the last verse. Showers are not to be trusted . Feel free to test electricity poles before you pay for a parking space. We have experienced hate crimes due to the poor condition of the service center. There have been people who have scolded those who work at the museum. We fully understand that it’s frustrating that everything doesn’t work as it should, but you don’t have to be rude about it. Come to us if there is a problem and we will solve it. Sincerely , museum world Maja Oren. If our service house is not enough, feel free to choose another campsite. Yes, we’ve had people here who have been here and we’ve talked to them and they’ve moved on a lot. Yes. That it is completely It is completely But not us. Not us. No. No. Because we needed Asia and that was the most important thing. That’s what we pay for. So it is. in here for the ladies too. The door is open here as it is out of order on all three showers and out of order and clicks and so silver tea on then coins are thrown in then this silver tape has been put on here also on the codes then and this is the camping kitchen then and it smells very musty here it smells like a toilet emptying station. We were told by a couple yesterday that they clean here. They were here and someone had emptied their latrine here. Toilet cassette. Don’t empty your toilet here and post a note now. But it’s not the owners’ fault. No, that’s what came here and emptied the latrine here. They have thought that this is a latrine emptying here in the camping kitchen because the other door was locked for two days. This note has come up now. Don’t judge the laughter here. Yes, but they and they are the interest rate too. It was full of [ __ ] here. They should have put it up in English too. Yes, I think so. They don’t know Swedish foreigners. Not all. Yes. And here it is wet and nice. They ‘ve probably cleaned up here, I see. But the musty smell is still here after emptying the latrine a little. So this is the most disgusting thing we have seen or heard anyway. We didn’t see it with our own eyes, did we? But we were we were never in here the first day then. But there was a couple who said yesterday that they have emptied the toilet when there was uh paper and sausages and everything possible left in it. It looks like a laughing stock, but it’s not. At least the note has come up when it’s on the other side of the house. At least now it is informed. Now five mobile homes have appeared in a row here and a Dutch eh plate ice. Yes. Yes. And eh we put new beds in the car we do now when we mean here and there. Yes. Then we fill up with water here before or after we shower. We’ll see. So we shower here. Then we go on towards the south then. We’ll see where we end up. But now don’t forget to follow along on our journey. It’s a long journey. We have about a four weeks home. Yes, roughly. So we get to see a lot. But in any case, we are going south towards the west coast. What roads it will be. The future will tell and you will follow along. Yes, you do, right? Ceiling.
