I had a bit of time today and I thought, let’s just dive into one. I’ve gone to their channel and I’ve picked it random. This is Kenna Nashino and it’s Magical Starshine Makeup, the first take. And let’s see what Kana is bringing. I I I don’t even recognize her name. I really don’t. I love how beautifully raw this channel is. So real. It’s everything in a room. You hear the no the the the nerves in her voice. I don’t recognize her either. It’s a full group. We’re all dressed in pink. They look so super stylish. I love our glasses. Love them glasses. I got porum ones. I need to get some good glasses. Oh, guitar as well. I did wonder we’re just going to have keys. Three keys. So, is one going to be synth, organ, and piano? Maybe. I don’t know. I like that makeup. I already feel like saying thank you. Like that was beautiful way to open it. She seems so nice. Oh yeah, there we go. Send. [Music] Oh, [Music] you know it is, you know, copyright, you know, got to transform it somehow. But those lyrics when the world spins mercilessly, you know, was silly. I love those lyrics. What a beautiful voice. Very chilled opening. Love how they’ve arranged this song. I’ve never heard this. [Music] That is a group. [Music] Oh yes, I was just silent waiting for that drop. [Music] It is where the chorus is finished. [Music] It’s like a throwback energy. I love that. Love that vocal. It does feel like an old school flavor, like bringing the old school into a new school. Like they’ve really embraced some old like old approach. I say old like some it’s been a while since we’ve heard style of music, you know, and it does take a really good vocalist, a really good musician to be able to bring that flavor from way back and make it hit and feel present. And I feel like they’re doing that. Don’t give up. [Music] [Music] Am I becoming the me I always wanted to be? Brilliant lyrics. Here we go. It’s got that like disco flavor too. I could be on the own with that. That’s just an opinion. [Music] It is very disco in style building. You can feel it. Come on. The right amount of predictability just to keep that flavor going. You need that in a good track. You do. I’ve been smiling all the way. The girl on the glass is my favorite. Obviously, she’s on the drums, right? Cheer up. Don’t give up. I mean, [Applause] even the guitar was so subtle. [Music] Love it. See if they say anything at the end. We sometimes get a little message. No, we’re just we’re just relieved. We’re just relieved in that moment. It’s like, right, we we’ve we’ve finished the song. We’ve done well. And I thoroughly enjoyed that. Like musically, I thought was really well put together. You know, it was the right level of predictability in it, but she needed a good pop track. You do. You do need to be able to almost guess where things are going to land. It was a nice mix of the br like not breakdown like the bridge and the variation of style. Little bit of floor app sort of kind of vibe to it. You can tell that there’s more that this group are going to put together. I thought it was just one person, but there’s a whole group. My favorite. I love the glasses. The the girl was wearing the glasses playing the drums. She just had such a great energy about her. vocals, fantastic range, ability, and lyrics. Really, really I like them. I like them. The other element was his uh what was it? Cheer up. You know, what was it? Cheer up. Let’s um don’t give up. I’m pretty sure it was cheer up, don’t give up. Like, it’s simple. It is simple in its construct, just that one line. But it’s one that you think, do you know what? Sometimes just need to realize and you you know, I can’t find it. I can’t find the screen. But I’m pretty sure it was cheer don’t give up. Like it isn’t always easy to cheer up, but I absolutely agree with don’t give up because in life there are so many challenges we face from week to week to day to day. And sometimes you just got to put on that armor and literally get through it and cheer up if you can, you know, cuz it’s not always easy, you know. But I enjoyed that group. I enjoyed that song.
