We will finally start selling this bucket bag! If you have been looking forward to this bag We encourage you to reserve your copy from the official HINC NUNC website before you see the full version.
before watching the full-length film. If you have considered purchasing this bag after hearing the details… If you have already considered buying this bag after hearing the details
I would be happy if you could make a reservation after reading the details. We are looking forward to your reservation! Now let’s start our daily VLOG from here! I went out for morning activities again this week.
I went to a cafe near Tokyo station to meet up with Non-chan. My standard at Ueshima Coffee
Croque-monsieur and milk tea with wasanbon We are flying to Paris soon: 🇫🇷
We gathered to finalize our plans during our stay In the afternoon, we went to Ginza Matsuya to support a Korean event that Ai-chan was involved in.
(The event has already ended) The venue was full of popular brands of holy water 💖. Some of our favorite KODAK apparel…! We love the KODAK sweatshirts we bought on our trip to Seoul.
I need some cute t-shirts for summer… I need to get a comfortable mini T-shirt made of crape material?I got a comfortable mini T-shirt made of Next stop is Consume Product.
This is also a brand I visited in my past trip to Seoul! I like simple but quirky design 💖. I was torn between red and white, but I got the red one. In the venue, there were photo booths reminiscent of a Korean bus stop and There was also a coffee stand, which was fun!
(Thanks for your hard work, Ai 💖.) It was hot that day so we started shaved ice ✨ I know it’s hard for us to make time for each other because we’re both busy.
But when I see my friends, I can get rid of my daily fatigue. A date with my boyfriend at a department store.
I bought a KODAK T-shirt yesterday and a bucket bag. 💖 💖 💖 💖 💖 When I take a break at a cafe these days
I always stop by a sweet shop when I take a break from cafes. Hydrangea paste is so cute Buy some Japanese sweets to eat at home.
I’m going home before it rains. Tea party by myself after dinner and bath I bought some kneaded fish paste that I was interested in at the department store, so I’m going to try it A single raindrop on a leaf
A kneaded dough reminds me of the rainy season I’ll prepare pu’er tea because we had new tea at noon In June, my schedule is so packed that I really don’t have time to rest.
I can switch on and off by carefully brewing tea like this. I’ve been into making kneaded dough lately.
I enjoy thinking about how to make them while I eat them. I’ve been filming and editing since this morning.
I use a steamer basket for lunch to make it easy. Today I’m going to make a dish that I’ve been addicted to recently, steamed zucchini and pork.
Zucchini and pork steamed in a steamer basket Cut zucchini in half and slice into thin strips with a slicer Then, alternately layer the zucchini and pork in a mille-feuille.
and lay them on top of each other like a mille-feuille, and you are ready to eat. Place in a steamer basket and steam over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes. It only takes about 10 minutes, so it’s perfect for lunch or dinner on days when you don’t want to cook anything.
It’s perfect for lunch or dinner when you don’t want to cook anything. 💖 Kinokuniya’s oroshi ponzu (grated ponzu citrus juice) is good for sauce. The thinness of zucchini and the pork go well together.
It is a dish that can be eaten even on a day when you have no appetite. Hello. The current time is 2:23 p.m. It’s been raining all day today.
It looks like the rainy season has started today in Kanto. I didn’t have the slightest intention of going outside.
I forgot to bring my wallet from the house where I live with my boyfriend. It was pretty inconvenient for me to do some shopping. So it’s a little bit like a mother’s house, I guess you’d call it.
I’m going to go to the one who lives with him to get his wallet while… I’m going to go out for a while.
I’m thinking of going to a cafe or something and coming back So I think I’m going to prepare now… We started taking orders today.
I’m going to give you all the details of the bucket bag as I go along. I hope to be ready, so please give me a few minutes of your time. Thank you very much. I finally finished this bucket bag for this outing! I’d like to share with you all how cute it is and how easy it is to use.
I’d like to share its cuteness and usability with you all. I’ve been active since the beginning of this year 2025. I’m going to work and hang out with friends.
I’m going out alone for a while… I would like to thank you all for watching over me over the past six months.
I think everyone has been watching over me for the past six months… I’ve always wanted to get a bag that’s just right for going out like that.
I’ve been wanting to get a bag that’s just right for going out like that. I wanted a bag that was casual, lightweight, easy to use, and a little elegant.
and lightweight, and can be used hard, and also has a little bit of elegance. I made this bag because I wanted something like that. But I have a lot of bags, I really have a lot of bags.
I think you all know that I have a lot of bags… Surprisingly, I can fit my own luggage perfectly for my outings… I can carry it on my hand like this, or on my shoulder
and can also be worn diagonally. I thought, “I don’t have a bag with a 3-way handle. This time, we’ve made the handle part 3-way.
I think one of the key points is that we made the handles 3-way. So, my mood this year
I used a brown color that is not too light and a dull purple. I’m sure you all know what I usually wear.
I always wear a really simple top and denim This is the most common coordinate for me.
I chose a color that goes well with such a simple outfit. So today’s navy summer knit and denim When you hold them together like this…
This camel and purple color works well and is very cute. The fabric of this bag is
Ultra suede ®︎ is used for this bag. Ultra Suede®︎ has a texture as close to real suede as possible.
and texture, while still being smooth. The durability and ease of care of ultrafine fibers are attractive.
and easy to care for. Ultrasuede®︎ is used for sofas and
It is also used for automobile and airplane interiors and so on. I think it is very good because it is resistant to abrasion and does not deteriorate over time. Easier to handle than real suede
It stays beautiful and can be used for a long time So if you carry it on a rainy day like today
If it gets a little wet, just dry it off and it’s almost back to normal. I think I can carry it with me regardless of the occasion. Well, but it’s not waterproof.
I think it should not be used on a day when it is pouring too much or something like that, and I’d like you to use it so that it doesn’t get wet as much as possible.
I think if it gets a little wet, it will dry nicely. Bucket bag here like that This one has a lot of really cute points. The lining is the same African purple as the handle here.
When you open it, you can see the dull purple color, which is a little bit aggravating. And I think it’s pretty.
And it’s not a dark color, so it’s easy to find things. And this bag doesn’t have a zipper inside, but it has a
but it has a large pocket. And this pocket also has a HINC NUNC tag on it. On the back of that tag, there is a message from me or from this brand.
Please take a look at it, too, if you buy it! It’s a little bit like a drawstring type, like this.
You can open it wide by pulling this knob. And then you squeeze it again and tighten it. This part of the aperture can also be tightened quite properly.
So it’s almost impossible to have it come loose when walking. I’m going to put my luggage in here. First of all, the pouch that you always carry with you. And this pencil case-type pouch is already roomy enough. I’m going to read a book at a cafe today. This is Yasuko Mitsuura’s “I finally went to Canada”.
I bought a book called “I finally went to Canada” by Yasuko Mitsuura, so I would like to put this book in my book. I can already put the book in there.
even a big one like this. I carry water with me these days.
I carry a small 200mm tumbler. And also this little camera for going out. And you’re going to put this in a kozy kozy pouch.
And we’ll probably put this one in there as well. And this one here, SONY’s ZV-E10.
We’ll put this one in as well. And a handkerchief In this pocket, I’ll put a frisk and some other things, and then I’ll put my keys and tighten it. I’ll put my two usual cameras, and I’ll also put my wallet here.
Wallet, pouch, bottle… I can put a handkerchief, a book, and so on, and it’s still quite roomy.
It’s just the right size without being too big. And on the other side of the coin, the journal I sold last year.
This one goes in there, too, and it’s snug. So if you want to spend your notebook time in a cafe
You can carry the journal with you. You know, it’s a little bit heavy because it’s got two cameras in it.
bottles in it, so it’s a little bit heavy. To begin with, this ultra suede ®︎ fabric is very lightweight.
The bag itself is very light because it’s lightweight fabric. Be careful not to put too much stuff in it.
but you can carry heavy things in it without too much burden. And I really wanted to add a 3-way handle.
I really wanted to add a 3-way handle. First of all, here it is.
The handle of the purple part This short handle
You can hold it with your hand like this, or you can hold it with your hand like this, or you can hold it with your hand like this. If your clothes are thin, you can hang it on your shoulder. And a detachable shoulder. You can wear it on your shoulder with this shoulder, and you can also wear it diagonally like this.
It can also be worn on a diagonal like this. The length of the shoulder here is adjustable, so you can change the length as you like.
You can change the length as you like. I’d like to show you guys one of my specialties… When you put this shoulder on and you hold the bag…
I wanted the purple handle to hang down like this. I wanted the length of the handle to be like this.
We did a lot of fine-tuning on the handles here and there, and then we made them look like this, and then we made them look like this. The handle naturally hangs in this purple color.
and this purple becomes the accent color. It’s really a small detail, but the nuance when you hold it like this is also very well calculated.
when you hold it in your hand. The shoulder can be easily removed. If you don’t wear it diagonally, you can remove it easily. You can carry it neatly with just one of these purple handles like this.
You can carry it neatly with just one of these purple handles. You can’t take off the handle of this purple one, but you can carry it like this. I think this bucket bag is cute with this coloring.
I think it’s very cute. I hope you will enjoy the cuteness of this coloring.
I hope you will enjoy it. I use this bag for my daily trips
and Finland where I’m going now. I’d like to take it with me on my travels
I want to use it as much as I can. I want to use this bag as much as I can.
I would like to use this bag and tell everyone how cute it would look with this kind of coordination. I’d like to propose such total coordination
I’d like to make suggestions for total coordination. We are looking forward to your reservations. Okay, I’m off then. I came to a cafe that I had put a pin in that I was going to visit one day.
It’s an open space, so it’s cozy. Water-drawn Darjeeling in a wine glass is fresh!
Maybe I’ll try it at home next time. Yasuko Mitsuura’s book is full of stories about her study in Canada.
I can sympathize with her in many ways, and it was very interesting! It was raining when I left the cafe.
I went for a short walk, taking a detour. In the middle of the road, there was a sign that said, “Please feel free to
I found a hydrangea and took one!I’m so happy 💖. I will decorate the hydrangea I brought back as soon as possible! I love to share my hydrangea with others.
It’s rainy season, but this kind of happiness makes me happy. My body feels heavy and on fire this week…
The morning I overslept because the low pressure hit me with all my might😪. I’m wishing the rainy season would end soon
I’m going to prepare a late breakfast. I’m going to make toast with bread today. I’ll use ripe bananas too. Ingredients for today’s breakfast Butter brought to room temperature with condensed milk Mixing well to make sweet toast. Peanut butter on toasted bread, spread well Put a banana on top of it Put some condensed milk with butter on top, and you’re done! I’m addicted to one-person tea parties, and I’ve been getting a lot of feedback from viewers.
more opportunities to learn how to make a good cup of tea. This time I try how to drink a good pack of tea 🫖.
Remove the powder around the pack and shape it Fill the cup with hot water first It’s better to put the packet in later.
the mouthfeel is mellower and the flavor is richer. Today’s breakfast
Sweet toast and black tea to blow away the rainy season. How to brew a good pack of tea
I think it tastes better than usual…! Good evening I’m actually going to Paris this weekend for 5 nights. I don’t have time to think about what I’m going to wear to Paris.
I don’t have time to think about what I’m going to wear to Paris. Because I’ve already made a lot of stock videos to go to Paris.
I’ve already made a lot of stock videos. I mean, I’m almost not ready for Paris. I was thinking, “What am I going to wear in this VLOG?
I thought it would be good to take pictures while thinking about what I’m going to wear in this VLOG… I’d like to ask you all to join me for a moment… I’m going to Paris for 5 nights and 7 days with NON-chan.
I’m going to Paris with Non-chan. I went to Paris about 2 years ago for one night. I haven’t been to Paris since then.
So this is almost my first time in Paris. This is the second time for Non-chan, too, and we are both new to Paris. This time, we’re going to Paris.
I think this trip is going to be a trip to the most popular places in Paris. I’m going to go to cafes, shopping, flea market, and so on. I’m going to visit Mont Saint-Michel, cruise on the Seine River, and go to Paris Disney.
and go to Paris Disney…. I think it’s going to be a lot of fun. I hope you’ll look forward to the release of that video as well.
I hope you are looking forward to it. I’ve been thinking about what I’m going to wear…
I’m trying to come up with a lot of ideas right now. First of all, here’s the French sleeve top that I always wear and the
wide pants from GAP, and I was thinking of bringing these. UGG sandals This is because this denim is quite long.
I wear thick soles to adjust the length. I don’t get tired when I walk.
and they don’t cramp my feet. I’m always walking around Tokyo for hours, so I’m thinking of wearing these.
I think I’ll wear these and… And I’m going to wear a scarf because I’m going to be in Paris, so I’m going to wear a scarf. I bought this one two years ago when I went to Paris for the first time.
I bought it at Hermes main store when I went to Paris for the first time 2 years ago. I think I’m going to take this with me. I didn’t use it at all.
I’ve been warming it up to use it in Paris. It’s almost my first time wholesale, so I don’t know how to roll it or anything at all yet. I don’t know how to wear it with a scarf ring or something like that.
I’d like to wear it like this. I also bought this mini scarf at LUSH. I thought it would be cute to wrap it around my head or put it on my bag.
I think I’ll bring this one too. Also, Ai-chan invited me to a Korean pop-up
Korean pop-up at Matsuya Ginza There was a novelty brand called “Consume Product” which was sold at the pop-up.
Consume Product brand’s novelty items. I got a little bit of this.
I think I’m going to take this with me, too. I have a round face, so I don’t think it would suit me.
but I’d like to bring it because it’s a little cute. I think it’s a simple white T-shirt. Light gray cardigan AURALEE boat neck top And then there are these playful tank tops And I’m bringing a couple of bags.
I’m also bringing this bucket bag. I’m going to be a little bit careful about pickpockets.
I think I’m going to carry it like this. I don’t have a bag at home that can be worn diagonally, so I was thinking that I could really use this.
I’m going to take it with me because I think it will be very useful. Also, I got this at Ai-chan’s event.
This is also Consume Product’s red knit I’m going to bring this one, too. I’m going to go with red on red because I’m going to go with red on red. It’s more like Repette ballet shoes.
some kind of mule-type sandals. I’d like to wear it with a red color on the top and bottom It’s so cute that it can be worn 2 ways, in the front and in the back. Also, I bought this recently.
It’s from a brand called KAPITAL. This red top with puff sleeves is so cute! I’m going to bring this one too. When I was going to Paris, I wanted to wear red.
I wanted to wear red… I found myself getting two red outfits already.
I’m thinking of wearing a little more red in Paris. And here When I go to Paris Disney for a day, which I longed to do.
I bought it at this Disney store. I wore a Gusteau T-shirt from Remy’s Restaurant.
I’m thinking of wearing Remy’s ears and enjoying Paris Disney. I’m going to take this kind of sporty casual bag with me on the days I go to Disney.
I’m going to take this kind of casual bag with me. I bought this at UNIQLO.
It’s a multi-pocket shoulder bag in black. I carry it on my shoulder like this. And I also have some sneakers.
I don’t have them here, but I have Birkenstock sandals… I’m planning to bring about 4 pairs of shoes that I always wear and are comfortable to walk in… I’m also going to have a pair of high-waisted denim from Theory here and a pair of black denim from Yanuk here.
and black denim from Yanuk. And this ARROWS jacket.
and also one of these ARROWS lightweight spring/summer jackets. I’ll also bring one denim jacket for casual wear. And only one skirt here. That’s the skirt I’m thinking of wearing when I go out for dinner at night or something. The type of skirt I don’t have very often.
It’s a long skirt with a mermaid silhouette. And I only have one dress.
This is a cocoon silhouette dress. I think I’ll take this one. And I still have some other dinner bag or something…
I still have a lot of stuff… I think I’m going to go to Paris like this. I think it’s a little too many clothes for 5 nights.
I think it’s a little too much clothes for 5 nights. I’m going on a girl’s trip this time, so I’m going to change my clothes from morning to afternoon.
I’m not sure if it’s too much, but I think it’s a good idea… I’m feeling a bit like a Parisienne.
I’m talking about enjoying the trip. I think I’ll bring more clothes. So that’s what the Paris VLOG is about. I hope you will enjoy looking at our coordinates, too.
I hope you will enjoy looking at our coordination as well. But anyway, it’s a girl’s trip.
I’ll be careful about pickpockets. Anyway, I want to enjoy 5 days in Paris
I’m going to enjoy 5 days in Paris. Well, I don’t feel like going to Paris at all… I’ll get ready for now. I ate a lot of Japanese sweets in the radio recording.
I’m going to work hard to make Kneaded sweets tonight too. I’m going to make hydrangea motif Nerikiri today, as it’s the rainy season. I used frozen Gyuhi.
I was able to make the dough for kneaded dumplings easily. After the second time, I got used to the technique.
and I know when it’s time. Tearing the dough, putting it together…
This process is the only time I can be free from my mind. After rubbing the dough well until it turns white
and then knead it like clay work, adding color. To express the color of hydrangea
Butterfly pea powder is used to color it blue Green color is matcha powder The others are colorings, and the colorful kneaded dough is made As before, a strainer is used to make kinton Now you have to think about the balance of the whole.
and make kinton with white bean paste. Put sugar powder on the top.
After the rain, the hydrangea is completed. Here we go How are you doing lately, Radio 39.
Please enjoy this week! Please have a nice week! 39 times already. It’s early. It’s going to continue.
I heard the rainy season has started. It’s going to continue. They say the rainy season has already started. It’s nationwide, isn’t it? But they said the rainy season has already ended in Okinawa. Huh! That was fast. I’m really heavy because of the rain.
It’s really hard… But I still have to do my best.
but… This week we are waiting for… We are going to hold the Summer Wagashi Grand Prix!
I would like to hold a summer Japanese sweets grand prix! Again, he carefully chooses from among many comments He procured some Japanese sweets for us. Thank you very much. 8 types in total And they also prepared tea here. This one was also recommended by a commenter…
I was recommended by… Kakegawa tea It’s sold at Chabi-niwa.
It is a new tea that won the Emperor’s Cup. I see. It’s a noodle that has a strong flavor and sweetness, but has a refreshing aftertaste.
but with a refreshing aftertaste. Enjoying the taste I’m glad!
Well, let’s go boil some tea. No, honestly… Yesterday and today… Including the ones I ordered.
Some of them were pretty much available in Tokyo, so… I’ve been going back and forth… Good job… lol Well, everything looks delicious! Yes, it does! Oh, nice color Okay, I’ll take it. Oh, it’s delicious. Isn’t this the best accompaniment? Well then, with this deep steamed Kakegawa tea
I would like to start the Japanese sweets grand prix! Thank you very much. please. It started with my tea boom.
Here is the summer Wagashi Grand Prix Again, based on his handmade materials
I’d like to proceed. Summer Sweets GP Entry No. 1
Sentaro from Kyoto, Japan Which one? This one. What is this? This says Gairo. This is like when you talk about Depa-basement.
This is a kind of Sentaro’s… Mizunashi. Mizunashi black Gairo with brown sugar
with brown sugar and azuki bean kanoko on top. And this is matcha green tea filled gairo dough with Dainagon azuki bean kanoko-noko.
and matcha green tea with matcha. Wow, it looks delicious! Are both limited to summer? Yes, they are. It’s a very famous summer sweet in Kyoto. In Japanese confectionery textbooks
Mizunazuki is a summer confectionery. There are other sweets called “mizunazuki” besides this Sentaro.
there are other sweets called “mizumazuki”. It seems to be made in a lot of places. It has a meaning that if you eat it, you can get over the hot summer.
It has a meaning like “If you eat this, you will survive the hot summer. I have often seen this Mizunazuki at Japanese sweets shops, but I have never
but I have never eaten it. I’ve seen this shape itself a lot. KoyoTori commented that… KoyoTori name: Anzu & Mikan… My recommendation for summer tea sweets is Mizunazuki Mirai, do you know mizunazuki, doctor? I live in Kyoto.
and it is a Japanese confectionery that appears in stores from the beginning of June every year. It’s very delicious and I eat it very often. In Kyoto, it is eaten on June 30th
so that they can survive the hot summer. I recommend Sentaro’s Mizunazuki, especially because it is delicious! I heard it’s called “Natsukoshi no purification”. Sweets eaten to pray for good health Other Koyo Tori name: Don-san It is a main snack served with tea at this time of the year in early summer.

Oh, it’s so soft! But there’s one thing to note… This is the same day you buy it…
That’s the day it expires. Oh, I see. But it’s been a little over night… lol Maybe the texture is different… But it’s okay… I’ll start with the brown sugar Mizumazuki Yes, it’s delicious! Yup! Ummm..! Delicious! The chunky elasticity of the gairo and the The top Dainagon kanoko is delicious. Delicious I’m… I’m grinning… lol I’m a big fan of “tsubuan” (bean jam) now. I know, the texture of the grains. Delicious! It’s like this.
The little bits and azuki beans. And that’s from the last Yokan Grand Prix. And the gairo that got a special mention…
I was pretty impressed with that… That’s right. This sweet bean paste on top of the gairo is delicious. I’ll have this green tea too. Yes, I’ll have a cup of tea! Refreshing! Matcha is more refreshing I try to peruse the website of this store every time
I try to read it carefully. Japanese confectionery sites have interesting writing Here, you see, the wagashi we make…

So I want to try various kinds of Mizunazuki. Yes, it is. Yes, this brown sugar is rich and gently sweet The matcha here is very refreshing.
The aroma of matcha goes through your nose and you can eat it without any hesitation. Brown sugar is more suitable for Matcha Matcha is more like sencha or… Maybe it goes better with this kind of new tea. Wow, delicious! That’s good. I’m sure you can find a lot of these in the basement of your local department store or something.
I’m sure you can find a lot of these in the basement of your local department store. So this one probably got the most comments, too. Oh, yeah. Oh! Okay, next Summer Sweets GP Entry No.2

It’s in this kind of plastic. The ones with the squares in a row. Eating with a toothpick Isn’t it close to that? So it tastes amazingly nostalgic That’s pretty, looks like. but they said they had some left over for in-store sales. Well, let’s open this one. It says, “Don’t spill the sauce inside,” so I’m going to open it carefully.
so I’m going to open it carefully. I’ve received quite a few comments on this one too… Steve Jobs loved it…
Steve Jobs loved it. It used to be really hard to get… Too popular? Okay, let me open it up. What the… Bijou is the strongest! This is bad… What is this? It’s absolutely delicious! than the Mitarashi dumplings stuck on a stick.
The rice cake is so soft and tender, you should definitely try it! Another bird name: Mar-chan It contains tapioca flour.
It is not hard even if it is cooled down, but it is very soft and chewy. This is amazing. It’s already delicious just by looking at it. This is what Steve Jobs
Steve Jobs said “Amazing”… I think it’s a little too pulled together… Let’s put in an insert like a TV lol I don’t bake rice cakes. I knew it, you see, there’s white bean flour in it… Tapioca flour…lol Wow, that’s great. That’s a lot of sizzle. It’s a really great sizzle. Thank you very much. Uma..! Mute… (2nd piece) Oh no… I’m losing weight… What is this… I’m going to lose it. Oh no… This is delicious! Wow, this is delicious! I knew it was because of the tapioca flour. It’s not like the mochi dumplings we usually eat.
I always eat… I don’t know how to say it… It’s like a poo poo poo… It goes into my mouth quite smoothly. That’s not good. Just the right amount of sweetness This one, you know, on the website.
It’s so limited time, it doesn’t have a detailed description. Right. So, I’m really relying on the comments. I do this every year at this time of year.
I make a few purchases and feel the four seasons Tell me about it earlier, please, and I’ll tell you about it. Oh, it’s the best. By the way, you know, the sekihan (red rice) at this restaurant is also delicious.
It says… I ate it just now lol It was delicious But how about…
I mean, this is not an order. And also, the “mitarashi” is a kind of
for something that we are used to eating. It’s easy to see that it’s delicious right from the start, so it gets more points
I feel like I’m getting more points because I’m eating something that I know is delicious from the start. Oh, I see. There’s a standard among us.
You mean because it’s food… You know, paper balloons, unknown… That’s like 0 to 1. While this one already knows 100.
I don’t know if it’s 120 or… That’s the kind of evaluation axis we have. I see. Something about being a judge of… I’m getting a little bit nurtured in the way I look at it. But even without that
this mitarashi is delicious. A surprising new taste of Mitarashi Also, balance of sweetness of Mitarashi Not too sweet. Summer can be too sweet,
You don’t want to eat too much sweet or too much sour food in the summer. You know, I’ve been invited somewhere.
If you are invited to a party and served this… I’d ask, “Where did you get this?
I’d ask him. I’m sure you’re right.
I think he’s got good taste. Next… Summer Tea Sweets GP Entry No.4

But we don’t have ice at home right now… I’d like to try it as it is. Looks delicious! Looks like a scallop Let’s carve it up a little bit. Wow, that’s great! Chestnuts more than I thought Looks delicious
I’ll have some. I was wondering if there are chestnuts in the azuki bean paste.
but it’s all chestnuts. Nakamatsuya is 93 years old this year Since the second owner’s generation, Nakamatsuya has been producing various famous confections
The second generation of the owner has been producing various kinds of confections mainly using chestnuts… Chestnut confectionery store Bon appétit Hmm?Yeah..! As a chestnut lover…? Amazing chestnuts! Chestnut bean paste is so rich The skin around the chestnut is very thick… I thought I would lose.
Because there’s not so much chestnut bean paste. But this chestnut bean paste is so rich… I really like it… Everything is overturned… Yeah, it’s delicious! I wonder if there is tapioca powder in this too?
I wonder if there is tapioca powder in this too. It’s so delicious! This is the recommendation

Nakamatsuya’s water manjuu. I’ve told my friends about it, but many of them don’t know about it.
It is my little secret candy. When I was a kid, my father’s family was there.
I was taken to Iwaizumi several times and I went to Ryusendo, one of the three biggest milk caves in Japan Nakamatsuya’s sweets are made with spring water from Ryusendo.
and they use spring water from Ryusendo to make their sweets. Among them, mizu-manju (water buns) are made with cool kudzu and chestnuts that remind you of a cold cave.
The cool kuzu and chestnut bean paste is the best! When I eat this, I remember the summer vacation I spent with my family in Iwate.
I remember the summer vacation I spent with my family in Iwate. It’s so nice! This is delicious! It’s very elegant…
Very rich… But it’s more than just this bean paste.
but the feeling of oneness when you eat it with the skin… It’s so much more than just a little bit of this.

Ketto cake, Kojimaya, Osaka Keshi nuts are sprinkled on azuki bean paste wrapped in rice cake skin.
and the result is “Keshi-mochi”. First time to eat Keshi-mochi When I hear “poppy seed”, I think “eh…”. Opium and other… Oh, yeah. After all, it’s been heat-treated or something. The seed stage doesn’t contain that component, so it’s used
they’re used for food as well. I see. It’s used in cooking to bring out the aroma. So it says here as a rare confectionery

We have received numerous awards at national confectionary expositions as well as the patronage of famous people from all walks of life, and have gained a nationwide reputation. Confidence is great That’s not confidence, that’s an achievement. The last one was Steve Jobs.
but now it’s Sen no Rikyu. Oh, Sen no Rikyu loved it. I’ve seen something like this before… This is called keshi-mochi. I heard it’s very soft and chewy It smells, it smells good… Ah, soft The smell is amazing Smell it for a second. Oooh! This one is over 300 years old. As I said before
Sen no Rikyu loved this candy. It’s a soft rice cake with fragrant poppy seeds and a little bit crunchy, and it’s a texture that I’ve never had before.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a texture like that. It goes really well with tea.
I hope you will try it… It’s very soft and chewy! That’s great elasticity Inside is bean paste Yes, delicious! Mmm! I love this kind of thing I’ve eaten poppy seeds before.
I didn’t even know they were poppy seeds. I don’t know. You often mention it in Japanese sweets, don’t you?
I thought it was a sesame type thing… I thought they were sesame seeds too… I thought they were poppy seeds… Delicious… Sakai-cho where this Kojimaya is located is Nanban trade flourished here.
rare products from overseas. Many of them were introduced to various parts of the world. The poppy seed is one of them.
It is said to have been brought from India in the Muromachi period (1336-1573), and was cultivated actively in the suburbs of Sakai. Since then, we have been making
and keeping the family tradition of making Keshi rice cakes. I really like the texture of this rice cake. This thin rice cake around the rice cake, wrapping azuki beans… This is also delicious You know, it’s amazing to think that people
I mean, it’s amazing to think that people ate almost the same thing 100 years ago. You’re saying they’ve perfected it this far back in time, right?
That’s amazing… Because it’s the same manufacturing process… Of course, they may have updated it a little bit.
but I don’t know. It’s very impressive to think that people 300 years ago were eating this. I like poppy seeds a little bit.
Oh, I like poppy cakes… I like poppy seeds…lol You see, as a person who is into tea ceremony…
I think it’s important to know that Sen no Rikyu loved poppy seeds. I have to admit that this is the best match for this new tea so far…
This is the best match for this new tea so far. In my mind, this combination is The sweetness of this bean paste, the touch… And it’s quickly washed away with this new tea. Mmmm..! No, it’s delicious… Wow, that’s great… But I wonder if Keshi-mochi is a summer tea cake.
I wonder if it is a summer tea cake… I guess so… So, the management is a little bit confused about that this time… Is it a little blurry?LOL… It’s pretty blurry…lol Koyo Tori may not be a summer teacake…
but you say… You’re right, summer is not so much
maybe it didn’t feel like it. Okay, next… Summer Sweets GP Entry No.6

It is a cool snack with moderate sourness and bitterness. When I go to the basement during the summer time, I always find this at the Japanese sweets corner.
in the Japanese sweets corner in summer time. I’ve never had one of those before. Wish I had tried it Wow! This summer tangerine scent is amazing! This is also, you know, this kind of candy itself
I’m sure you can find this kind of snacks in many stores. I’m going to eat it for the first time, I’ll take it. Oh, the elasticity is great Mmm!Mm! Bittersweet… Ah, umami! I imagined it to be very sweet.
It’s delicious with a hint of bitterness and sourness. Koyoyo bird name Olive Jelly with hollowed out fruit is

Poison Pudding My parents live in Arashiyama, Kyoto, and I used to love this.
My great aunt who used to live there loved this She gave them to my sister and me when we came to visit her in the summer.
I found out about this candy when my sister and I came to visit her in the summer and she gave it to me. It is made by hollowing out summer oranges and hardening them with agar and fruit juice.
It is a simple but refreshing and tasty summer sweet. If I went to my aunt’s house and found this…
I’d go there every year, wouldn’t I? When you’re a kid…
When you’re a kid, you go to your relative’s house for sweets, right? Is that so?LOL. Delicious! A little bit other agar jelly… It’s a little bit different from this hollowed out type of jelly.
It’s a little bit different from this hollowed out type The taste is sweet and smooth… Delicious. Elegant jelly Jelly is still good I like jelly, don’t you? My dream is to be a jelly man.
I want to be a jelly man…lol You’ve been saying that to me for years now…lol I’ve never made one…lol I mean, isn’t a specialty jelly store a good idea?I think… This is bad. I can eat a lot of this stuff even though it’s this big I will refer to it…lol It doesn’t taste like sweetener or… It really tastes like it’s filled with 100% summer orange juice.
like it’s 100% summer orange juice… The beauty of this jelly is… I’m just going to say it… Why did you bother to make jelly?
I mean, why bother with jelly? It’s best to eat it as it is, right? That’s what they say. And that’s what they’re trying to make you understand… Delicious…
I just ate it up. I can’t stop. It doesn’t stop, does it? I can’t stop Delicious! Wow, that’s annoying! Okay, next, two more to go. Summer Sweets GP Entry No.7
Shinohara’s Ede no Tsuki (Moon of Ede) Shinohara’s representative confectionery “Ede no Tsuki” established in Tempo 3 is The most traditional confectionery in Toyama, created by the third generation confectioner Saburohei.
It is the most traditional confectionery in Toyama. Homemade white miso bean paste thinly sandwiched between soft and chewy oboro dough. Reflected on the surface of Toyama Bay
The moon is reflected on the water of Toyama bay water. This is one of the 100 best souvenirs of Ecchu Takaoka. The name is fashionable Moon of Eden Oo! Open. Good. Individually wrapped. Eh!Eh!Ehhh! Looks cool. Blue. You mean like this? Is there a white miso paste in the middle? Looks so good! But this is a good one, and there’s no comment from the bird. This is… I’m the one… lol I don’t have it in my comments.
I made the choice on my end. I see. Because in the comment… I’m from Kyushu, Saga Prefecture, which means I’m from… I’m from Saga prefecture or Kyushu…
I’m from Kyushu, Saga Prefecture… You left out the Japanese sweets you’ve eaten… Right, so… I’ve received a little complaint that northern Kyushu is not as attractive as it should be.
I got a little complaint… lol This time, I’d like to introduce Ohara Shoro Manju from Saga.
There is a famous manjuu… I found a comment recommending the water manju… I thought, “This is good,” and I went to buy it.
(I went to buy it, but the department store didn’t carry it… I was in a bit of a struggle to find something summery in there.
I took a quick look at the number 7 and number 8… I hope you will forgive me for that… The person who recommended Ohara Shoro Manju
I am sorry… It’s true that I’m patronizing Kyushu a little too much… I would like to take up Kyushu in the future.
I would like to take up Kyushu in the future, but… Please forgive me this time.
I’m sorry about that… Please forgive me this time.
Please forgive me this time. I think this miso is good, don’t you?I mean… Oh, I smell white miso… I love…
I love this, this… What is this… lol Uma…lol You’ve got good taste, you know that? Well, is it Mitsukoshi rather than me?LOL I’m surprised you picked this one. Huh, it’s kind of… This white miso paste is a little bit sticky and tasty.
but it’s a little bit sticky and tasty. It’s very close to the skin around it. I’ve eaten six of them, and now this seventh one has this sweetness in it.
You can’t get enough of the saltiness, can you? I can’t get enough of it… I see… salty… The crust around it is also delicious Is this summer Japanese sweets? Summer sweets? Ew! I’m so distressed… I guess it’s not summer… But it looks amazingly cool, doesn’t it? Sure, there’s something slightly… Winter…? Well, well, well… Delicious..! Delicious! Next, go. Toyama Pref. Goromaruya Seasonal Thin Ice (Hotaru) Fireflies flitting about for just a few moments.
in a piece of dried confectionary that melts away fleetingly. This is only for summer. I’ve had the one that’s maybe not (summer only) Eh, no way…lol Okay, I’ll open it up. Not “ushogori” or “hakuhyo.” Is that right? Oh no! Cute! I’m going to be number one! No, no, no..! Goromanya’s thin ice, fireflies Here are fireflies Early morning of Kisaragi and Yayoi, when the deep snow in the Hokuriku region finally begins to melt The ice on the surface of the rice paddies
on the surface of the water in the rice paddies. The soft flavor of wasanbon (Japanese sugar) melts in your mouth and disappears.
and the soft flavor of wasanbon remains softly. This is 2013
This was chosen as the ultimate souvenir that can be accepted in the world, and it is now available at In 2014, it was THE WONDER500
In 2017, it won the Honorary President Award of the National Confectionary Exposition. You know, I’ve had this before. I love them so much.
I could eat a whole box all to myself… I love this candy so much that I don’t even want to give you one… It’s called thin ice, this candy. It’s only for summer, fireflies Wow, this is bad…
I’m going to be number 1… I’ll take that… I love this… I always put this in front of my altar.
I always put this in front of the altar… 830 This has been made since 1752. Same as it’s been for 260 years. The rice is made from rice cake and new Taisho rice, spread thinly, and then mixed with wasanbon from Awa.
The rice is carefully brushed on one by one using a method that has been handed down from generation to generation. A thin rice cake in the center of the tray
like a thin rice cake in the middle… and around it, there’s a layer of wasanbon, so… When you eat it, it’s crispy, and the inside is like a rice cake…
And then it melts away. Thin ice You can’t do this, you can’t buy this… I love this, I, it’s delicious. I’m not allowed to eat any more of this…
Don’t eat any more of this. This is delicious. If you’ve never had thin ice, you should try it.
If you have never tried thin ice, please give it a try. I love the texture.
I like the texture of the ice. So… This time, the grand prix for tea cakes… My apologies.

Our kind of grand prix… Sentaro’s Minazuki
Akasaka Aono’s chilled Mitarashi Minazuki? I’m the first…
I’m going to use the reminder of the dumplings. I’m the first one to come to the table…
I don’t get excited… They’ll know. But I’m already heartbroken over Gairo… lol I’m more into Gairo than I thought I was… lol You know, everyone who’s watching this.
I think I thought it was going to be something different. Yeah, I thought it was going to be chilled miyashi-mitarashi. I’m pretty sure that when I ate Sentaro… I’m trying to get over this hot summer…
I’m trying to get over this hot summer… I don’t know if it’s a message or not…
that it has already become a custom… I thought it was amazing, and I’ve seen it before.
I’m pretty sure it’s a Japanese confectionery that I never touched. When I go to a department store, I don’t see any wagashi called “mizumazuki”, not only this “Sentaro”.
but also “Mizunazuki” wagashi. But it’s not so good looking… I think I’m going to go for something more glamorous… I’m going to go on the more glamorous side.
and the fact that it’s still going on… I chose it because I thought it was amazing. I was so elated when I opened the chilled miyashi-mitarashi.
I was so elated when I opened it… I knew it was this new sensation of Mitarashi It’s different from other Mitarashi that I’ve eaten before.
I’m a little surprised that it’s so different from what I’ve had before. I decided to go for the cold mashimashi because I wanted to feel the coolness.
I was also torn between the Natsukansugar and the… Oh, I see! Such a big jelly, cut up like that.
I thought I’m too full to eat it, but… Crunchy jelly
That bitterness is quite addictive. Well, then, our top prize… Can’t we buy chilled mitarashi online? Yes, it is. This is a mistake on the part of the management… I’m the one who wants to eat…
I chose it in the middle… lol Yeah, because you can’t buy it online. This is because people want to buy it online and enjoy it.
And that’s the aspect that people want to buy online and enjoy it. So it’s timely that we eat Mizunazuki on June 30th.
Mizunazuki, which is eaten on June 30, is very timely, don’t you think? It’s not timely, but if you order this week
I think everyone will get it on June 30… No… Impossible? I can’t ask for it because it will expire on that day… Can’t I order this? Can’t you order this online? Sure, just a minute… Sentaro’s Minazuki can’t be ordered… Oh, no…
I don’t know what to do… But you don’t have to eat Minazuki only at Sentaro’s.
I’m sure it’s good at other restaurants too. It’s very good. And, you know, I had a lot of trouble with this water manjuu, too. This one is also very tasty. Well, let me tell you something else…
This time, everything was good… I mean, you know…
I mean, you can buy them online, you know? I’m sure… Okay, so…
I think it’s a water bun. This was delicious, wasn’t it? Indeed. Summer citrus sugar is fine.
I don’t mind chilled mitarashi either. This water manjuu
with chestnut filling is… I was surprised that it’s not azuki bean paste… The chestnut red bean paste is so rich and thick.
but the sweetness of chestnut red bean paste comes from the chestnut. The other thing is the smoothness of the texture. I want to dip it in ice water and eat it this time. It makes you feel cool, doesn’t it? I liked this episode too.
Koyo bird name: Chibigitsune. So I knew you lived in Tokyo or something. If you can go to the store, you can go to the store and buy cold mitarashi.
or if you can go to the store, you can go to the store to buy cold mashimashi. And I think Sentaro is all over the country.
I’d like you to go to Depa-basement to buy it. If you want to buy online
I thought it might be Nakamatsuya’s water manjuu. So how about the summer wagashi grand prix…
Mizumanju from Nakamatsuya, a chestnut confectionery in Iwate Prefecture. Congratulations! This chestnut bean paste is delicious! Chibigitsune.
Thank you for telling me! Please try Nakamatsuya’s water manjuu.
I hope you all try to buy some of Nakamatsuya’s water manjuu! With all of your comments, I would like to conclude this summer’s Wagashi Grand Prix.
Summer Wagashi Grand Prix, this is the end! Thank you so much for all the comments!
Thank you very much! So that’s it for this week! And that’s next… It’s the 40th anniversary of the radio show. We’re hoping to have guests again. I’d like to have a guest…
Clara… Clara is also a former CA.
I’ve known her for a long time… She’s the one who supports CA’s second career. Clara and I are going to be talking about this next week…
I’m not sure if it’s a CA thing or not, but… I would like to tell you a story about when I worked for an airline
I would like to tell you a story I have a question or a talk topic that I would like to solicit from all of you… (Clara) I understand that you are helping people to change their careers.
I’d like to ask you a question about… Your concerns about changing careers And I’m usually on a plane.
It’s hard to ask a CA, but I’d like to. This and that during flight For example, where on the plane do you not get drunk?and so on Also, if there are any CAs in the audience
I would be very happy if you could tell me about your experiences as a CA. something like that.
I’ve hardly ever done that before. when I worked for an airline.
I’d like to tell you a story. Okay, that’s about it.

  2. miku
