鋼材介紹:
⭕️「洋玉鋼」是指以西洋式的製鋼法,重現出明治時代以前日本刀所使用的玉鋼所製成的鋼材。與玉鋼一樣,屬於雜質極少的純碳鋼,廣為人知地被用作日本刀刀身的材料,獨特的多層鋼與扭轉鍛造工法,核心鋼材選用ボーラーK990(洋玉鋼),並以高難度的水燒入工法熱處理,讓鋒利度與續航力都上升好幾個檔次。

⭕️宮崎鍛冶屋:一家扎根於日本長崎縣五島市的鍛冶屋,由宮崎春生先生於平成16年(西元2004年)開始在福岡的大庭鍛冶工場進行為期5年的修業,師從於傳統的「博多一本包丁」和日本唯一的「土俵鍬」製造者 大庭利男 先生,之後於平成23年(西元2011年)在五島福江島的岐宿開設了宮崎鍛冶屋,專注於椿包丁的製作,宮崎春生先生以純手工進行所有製作步驟,追求刀具易於使用,不容易刃口損壞且易於磨削的特點,傳承著百年來古老的技術,並且塑造了獨特的博多包丁,尤其是椿包丁等獨特形狀的作品,展現了特有的充滿活力的手工製作風格。

Steel Introduction
“Western Tamahagane” refers to a type of steel made using Western steelmaking techniques, designed to replicate the traditional Tamahagane used in Japanese swords before the Meiji era. Like Tamahagane, it is an ultra-pure carbon steel with extremely low impurities. This blade uses a multi-layer forged structure with a twisted Damascus-style cladding. At its core is Böhler K990 steel, Mizuyaki heat-treated to significantly enhance both sharpness and edge retention.

⭕️Miyazaki Kajiya is a blacksmith workshop based in Goto City, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. Founded by Haruo Miyazaki, who spent 5 years apprenticing under Master Toshio Oba in Fukuoka (renowned for the traditional “Hakata Ippon Bocho” and “Dohyo Hoe”). In 2011, Miyazaki opened his workshop in Fukue Island and began specializing in Tsubaki Bocho. Every knife is handcrafted from start to finish, with a focus on usability, edge durability, and ease of sharpening. His vibrant handmade style blends ancient Japanese forging techniques with the unique aesthetics of Hakata-style cutlery.
