It seems quite a similar Japanese rice tend to be more like a sticky short and sticky. M but maybe they have some different kind of rice. Well, rice enthusiasts won’t be substituting any California rice for koshi rice, will they? I know it’s getting see because in Australia we can have a vagu even it’s not like in Japan. Yeah, but but because they have the can other imported rice like Thai jasmine rice or Indian basismati rice be acceptable substitution? No, Indian basmati is a bit not good for Japanese food.
