    Hello and welcome to Ghost Theory, this house was owned by a somewhat famous poet (maybe not even famous at all I’m not all that sure but he definitely wrote some poems) in a remote area on the west coast of Wales. We had wanted to investigate this place for years as so many people have said it is haunted and all captured some very interesting things!

      I am watching this from Gran Canaria, had to come in from the pool to watch as the sun is too bright for a ghost hunt. Faking something is asking to be ruined because the truth will always surface somewhere. I love how you guys do it and I would even be happy to watch an episode where absolutely nowt happens because the ghosts are just extra nice bit when actually we love watching you guys. You are the Morecambe and Wise of the ghost hunting fraternity. You bring sunshine even when the lights are off. Good on you… All the best Alex

      These guys are 100% genuine and very willing to debunk things if they have a rational source. If they were not genuine I would not watch them and have seen enough myself over the years to know if someone is genuine or not

      the floor is possibly dissolving slighty causing this strangeness the chair is slighly spooky and probablly pockets of air between the staircases causing odd atmosphere ,they possibly emigrated ?

      I'm watching this again, I've put my heating on cos this place you're in makes me feel cold 🥶, just a thought but I'm wondering if it was cheaper in heating for them all to sleep in one room? No radiators them days maybe.. When I left home in 1980, my 1st house had no central heating installed.. just a gas fire in 2 rooms downstairs, it was so cold upstairs xx 3:55

      Lads, i would have tried the calor gas heater if it worked you could have had at least one room warm.😂😂. But once again good video lad's 😊
