  1. At this point this girls should be in jail why did they roaming around here and there , the rule breaker should be in jail that's the law. They play laws like nothing but kind of shit in their shoes. That's why they kind of irritate me, if they wanted a freedom then pay the penalty properly and moved on if they're confident.

  2. Can ador move on…u deserved better artist than that kids😂let kids do what they want with their mother min hee jin..bc without mhj they are useless..😅

  3. New Jeans is going to lose this case. No doubt. They don't have any grounds for one sided contract termination (their case against workplace harassment was even dismissed), they shared content not allowed by their exclusive contracts, they didn't wait for the court's decision regarding the validity of their contracts and acted one sidedly. Ador will definitely sue with good reason. This is grounds for a legal case after all. And Ador will almost certainly win. They've done their homework and followed the law all throughout the course of this fiasco after all.

  4. Some people are OBSESSED with wanting kids to work with a company they don’t want to work with. „It’s about the fact that it’s a contract“ okay and? Why do YOU care about the fact that it’s a contract, are you getting paid? Like let them break their contracts all they want hybe is rich enough and the kids don’t wanna work with hybe anymore end of the story

  5. I think at the end of the day, this is about termination fees and trust. NJZ believes Ador has breached their exclusive contract and refuse to pay fees. Ador believes they’ve done nothing wrong and want them to come back and continue business.

There is 0% chance NJZ comes back to Ador!! After a messy year of back and forth, there is no trust between both sides. I don’t see how an exclusive contract can continue after this.

Scenario 1) Ador wins: NJZ refuses to comeback. Ador sues NJZ. NJZ pays and they settle on fees for termination fees. Both sides move on with their lives.

Scenario 2: NJZ wins: termination penalty is assessed. Both sides move on with their lives

Either way neither party is working with each other again.

  6. Hmmm. This may signal a change in Ador's plans. So far, it's seemed like Ador just wanted NWJZ back. If they're pointing out contract violations, they may now be planning to kick them out and sue for contract termination fees should the court rule in their favor. I don't think it's looking good for girls unless they have evidence they haven't made public or Ador didn't respond in 14 days. Regardless of the outcome, I hope the court rules quickly so this limbo ends and everyone can move on.

  7. like why didn’t they files a lawsuit when fromis_9 terminated their contract🗣️🗣️just leave our girls alone…..HYBE so obsessed with Newjeans😅

  8. South Korea is a very conservative country and have the cancel culture, don't understand why they can walk away from a signed contract without consequences

  9. In the context of an exclusive contract, trust is a crucial element, as it forms the foundation for a successful and reliable business relationship, especially when one party is granted exclusive rights or access.

Here's a breakdown of why trust is important in exclusive contracts:

    Foundation of the Relationship:

Exclusive contracts, by their nature, involve a certain level of dependence and vulnerability, as one party relies on the other for exclusive access or services. Trust is essential to ensure that both parties act in good faith and fulfill their obligations.

    Reduced Uncertainty:

Exclusive contracts can create a certain level of uncertainty, especially for the party receiving the exclusivity. Trust helps to mitigate this uncertainty by fostering confidence in the long-term viability of the relationship and the other party's commitment.

    Facilitates Cooperation:

Trust is essential for effective collaboration and cooperation between the parties involved in an exclusive contract. Without trust, there is a risk of mistrust, conflict, and ultimately, the failure of the agreement.

    Long-Term Relationships:

Exclusive contracts often involve long-term commitments, and trust is crucial for sustaining these relationships over time. When trust is established, the parties are more likely to invest in the relationship, and to work together to achieve mutual goals.

    Mitigating Risks:

Exclusive contracts can create risks for both parties. For example, the party granting exclusivity might be concerned that the other party will not fulfill their obligations, or that they will misuse the exclusive rights. Trust helps to mitigate these risks by fostering a sense of security and predictability.

  10. I’m not saying yous are stupid but ador won’t and can’t just give up on new jeans like that. New jeans brought SO MUCH money to Hybe in general and there was so much money invested into these girls insurance wise and just in terms of production and branding. They cannot lose all that money and move on with their daily lives. I feel sorry for the girls for being so young in a whag they are claiming to be a toxic environment but the lack of education is reallt showing through with whag they are doing here
