People see only 5 association bribe by hybe are against NJZ and entire nation, music industry, idols are with NJZ.
this is 2 party dispute, solve in the court and by law .
question is why they are interfering they are not law and court .
So a parent company can unilaterally fire all the original directors and producers who the artists originally signed their contract with and replace them with people the artists don't trust?
It's like you hired someone to make your "idea" for 7 years with a contract agreement, and then the person decides to quit on bad excuses (not true) to make your product bc now they want to make the money for themselves, NOT you???? So, who is wrong?
All people are saying is you cant get divorced by holding a press conference, and go marry someone else. You need to get legally divorced first.
Why does the K-music industry continue to underestimate the world-known NJZ? What happens when NJZ relocates to another country like the US? There is no franchise tag, like the NFL. These people are stuck on stupid.
The titles shouldve added going independent "unilaterally", and instead of risky, a better word is "unlawful", which follow the next part perfectly. Did they seriously believe the contract was legally invalid because of their presscon so they could do whatever they want?? Thats beyond delusional.
These young ladies seem to not only want to rewrite contract law, without knowledge of a, contract law or b, corporate procedures. They seem to be holding the KPop industry hostage. There is little regard about their actions affecting people too numerous to count. Perhaps the way KPop contracts are written needs to be reevaluated and revamped but what they are doing is just plain old breach of contract. A verbal statement does not make a legally binding contract go away. Only lawyers and the courts can do that. I started out thinking what a shame these young ladies have been put in the middle of this. I no longer feel that. They are adults who have free will and are allowing and enabling this. It is a shame that ultimately it will probably ruin them financially and professionally but hey you run with the big dogs prepare to get bit.
They have nothing to do with this case NJZ AND ador ( Hybe) are 2 party in this dispute ( only NJZ, parents, ador and employees) . This case will be solved in court and by law not by them. Even if court result is not in the favourite of NJZ but they have nothing to do with this. people think hybe push them to say something why they are interfering when they are not the party in this case and nothing to do with this case.
This is all MHJ fault
Title is misleading. No evidence of atta*ing the members. There were some cheesy moments but the industry reps expressed concerns reasonably. There may be political protection and that is why the ex CEO ADOR and her loyal members are acting so boldly and recklessly.
I will stop following Kpop. So toxic. it is like a cult culture .
No one is "attacking" them, they have been trying to tell them 1. They are not on the board and cannot dictate who is hired/fired/released 2. They cannot unilaterally terminate valid contracts
Misleading title
I meant if you not longer want to work with that company then what’s the problem then. Just do everything right, put everything in order and pay penalties if you have to pay or get paid if you need to be paid and move on.
I don't understand why idols can walk away from a signed contract without consequences.
NJ 👎
Uno no puede firmar un contrato y después, fingir , que no importa. Si un contrato no vale , toda la economía estaría en problemas.
The kpop industry is in decline and instead of improving their org discriminatory practices they are bullying NJZ. Thank God i stopped listening to kpop
K buzz try to VICTIMIZE arrogant NJ….. Oh well try…..The media play key roll to play the such level AUDACITY I.e IDOL SHOWS to the agency
Gogogo girls. ❤
K-music Industry "Attacks" New Jeans (NJZ), K-BUZZ clutches pearls….
The bunch of spoil brats is called New Jeans until court will say otherwise. The contract is legally valid until court will say so. Period.
My genuine question is, why no court yet by Hybe, Ador or whoever responsible? I mean its been few months yet all I see is just some news like this.
If the girls actrually breach the contract, should be easy for the company to enforce the law, no?
