Good art always has a story.
Isn't art about experimenting?
What is your process for reviewing videos? How do you choose?
Great explanation. Not every art is for every person
I love that you took a step back to consider who this person is and what they’ve accomplished (from what we can see) I never thought about taking age into account when evaluating art. ❤ new fav channel!
Are you going to show your work? Lol
His name is Simon Bull He comes from money to begin with But yes he's famous Looks of Utubes and different techniques
A color feast for the eyes.
The color here reminded me of another artist that I think plays with color and light in a more unexpected way. TinayeMakuyana on yt
I’m curious if your reaction is to Abstraction,
the use of colors,
or the process itself…
Is your reaction to Rothko paintings similar?
Or does Rothko implement “more” that the painter above does not?
As an abstract artist myself most of us understand this stuff isnt for everyone sometimes its just fun and comes down to personal taste. As you mentioned he had a lot of works in the background, i work on intricate things and throw in something easy/quick to feel some variety or experimenting. Took me a long time to appreciate these kinds of paintings but i get it now.
