When I first saw Bella, my heart sank. She was so frail, her tiny body covered in mange, and her injured paw barely able to support her. Her spirit seemed completely drained, as if life had given up on her. I had never seen such a fragile kitten, and I wasn’t sure if she would make it. But something deep inside told me we had to try.
